The Process

Exhibition

It starts with you signing up of course on the sign up page. Then on one of those art work showing days, you are expected to bring some samples of your art work to us and give us an idea what you are going to exhibit. At the same time, we can help you configure your gallery space a little bit. For photography artists, please bring all the photos on a jump drive that you want to compete for the limited high quality photo poster prints. If they don't make the cut, we will get in touch with you and you can still make collage posters with the photos and we will have regular posters printed for you or you can print yourself. Be sure to sign up before the second art work showing date so that we can get in contact with you in time. And at last, on the day of event, you are expected to be at the venue early to set up your own gallery space. You will learn the details in the process.

Performance

It starts with you signing up of course on the sign up page. On the audition day, you are expected to show part of your performance so that we know what you are performing. At the same time, we can make suggestions how you can enhance your performance through costumes, props, changing up a little bit, adding some twists, etc. We will let you know after the audition whether you make it to the callback. If not, we hope you can keep up and try out next year. If yes, you will come back to the callback and we will figure out details together such as how long your performance is and whether you have a preference on the order of acts. If you happen to miss the audition or you sign up after the audition, you might still get selected if you don't miss the callback date. At last, on the day of event, you are expected to be at the venue early to rehearse. You will learn the details in the process.
